Welcome to Villa Lolj
Villa Lolj is a beautiful villa built in the 70s by a family from Palermo. Since the first stone, Villa has been designed for families, for large groups, that, in an absolutely autonomous way, they would have enjoyed large spaces such as the garden or the bedrooms, but also of the common areas such as the living room or the swimming pool.

The house
Villa Lolj was designed around a centenary carob tree. The circularity of the house, on over 350 square meters, allows the rooms that compose it to have a breathtaking view, each with its own peculiarity. If from the living room, as well as from the master bedroom called “Room of the Gulf“, you can admire the beautiful Gulf of Punta Raisi-Isola delle Femmine, from the “Carob Room” as well as from the “Room in the countryside” you can appreciate the beauties of a Mediterranean area, characterized by rocks and olive trees, pines and bougainvillea.
The villa co-exists with the wind that caresses it, and the areas for relaxation, lunch and dinner allow shelter, respecting it when it blows: when there is scirocco wind, it is better to eat in the table under the linden trees, with the mistral and tramontana winds, that come from the north, it is better to eat under the pergola, with the wind from the east, thanks to the table on the terrace in the main front of the villa, the view is offered on a silver plate!
The breeze that blows from the sea makes it even more enjoyable lunch in the pool area also with pergolas and shaded areas

The garden of the villa, cared with love all year round, consists of soft green lawn and ancient trees, a centenary central carob tree, monochromatic flowers and low evening lights that illuminate the night, respecting the stars. The other lights are the clearly visible planes, in distance, that populate the sky, or pyrotechnic games of parties in neighboring villages.
Internet allows daily contact with the world through a virtual window and music is a company during the aperitif at sunset, on the terrace or in the pool.
Silence and privacy favor the rest, but our house is near to all the most interesting places in Sicilian territory.
